We are a professional manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China, with over 13 years of experience in electrical hair care products (hair dryers, straighteners, curling irons, auto curlers, hot air brushes, multi stylers, hair clippers and trimmers). We have full in-house capability — ID & MD design, PCBA, programming, injection molding, assembly and packaging — and provide both OEM and ODM services. What is your production capacity, and how fast can you deliver?
We run about 300 staff including 15 R&D engineers, with 6 PCBA lines, 6 assembly lines and 13 injection machines, supporting a daily output of roughly 5,000–8,000 units. Sample lead time is around 7 days, and bulk production takes about 30 days after order confirmation. We also offer flexible MOQ for trial orders and can scale up for large reorders.
What certificates and quality control do your products have?
Our factory is ISO9001 certified, and our products carry international certificates including CE, CB, FCC, RoHS, PSE, SAA, GCC and cTUVus. Our in-house laboratory runs a full range of tests — function parameters, durability, material safety, aging life, temperature/humidity, salt spray and transport vibration — so every unit is tested before shipment.
